United Contractors worked in a Tri-venture alongside Cramer & Associates and Hawkins Construction Company to complete this large project throughout the Council Bluffs area. During this project United built numerous bridges along theI-29/I-80 corridor as well as surrounding interchanges. This project remains one of United's cornerstone projects due to its quantity of work and complexity of the interchange system.
