The ICON Water Trails is a joint venture between
United Contractors, Inc. and Reilly Construction Company.
This project is the first of its kind in the Des Moines area and will involve large scale dirt work as well as expansive structural work. The finished product will be a newly revamped area near the Scott Avenue Dam that will feature an artificial whitewater rafting course.
